History

The Harris Family consists of Greg and Becca with their children Anna and Connor. Their journey to becoming farmers  started in early 2019 when their seven-year-old daughter, Anna, wanted to volunteer at a farm. Since Anna was too young to volunteer at local farms Becca helped her start her own business, Anna's Candy Shop, in order to work at the local Farmers Market and meet the local farmers in Brevard County. Anna's love for farming and large animals continued to grow so the Harris family started looking for land throughout Brevard County that could be farmed and opened to the public as a you pick farm. After a few properties fell through they thought the dream was dead. Then during the Covid-19 lock down in 2020 they came across the land you see today in Palm Bay. What started as vacant land, untouched for decades, has taken three years to fully clean up, design, and develop into a Flower U-Pick Adventure where families can come enjoy sunflower patches and wildflower patches, wagon rides, meeting farm animals, and so much more. Seasonal activities such as the pumpkin patch and crop maze are always a fun experience as well.

Our Farm Development Journey

This 20 acre Palm Bay farm was previously cattle grazing land, and before that a citrus grove.  The Harris family have worked, and continue to work, tirelessly over three years to clean up this abandoned land and turn it into an operating farm.  There will always be small projects and additions we will be working on, because that's who we are, but we hope you are able to find a little joy and color in your day when you come out to visit our modest Brevard County You Pick Farm.
